Is there a doctor in the house?
Lack of adequate or quality sleep + too much stress finally = sick H7.
Body aches are gone, headaches are minimal. I'm still somewhat tired but a bit better and have more energy. HOWEVER... ...my left ear is all congested, feels like an ear plug jammed in there. Also - and I'm assuming they're related - I have persistent dizzyness which comes and goes. I am taking lots of Vitamin C and fluids, and a few aspirin here and there. The dizzyness makes me a hazard to drive - is there anything else I can do? Been like this since last Thursday. Gonna' call the doc tomorrow... |
Re: Is there a doctor in the house?
take some benadryl . It will dry up the congestion and it acts as an antivertigo medicine.
It will make you sleepy. You might want to get the ear checked. If its infected it needs treated or you could risk some ear damage |
Re: Is there a doctor in the house?
A little dab of tea tree oil on a q-tip can help clear up the ear infection quickly.
Tea tree should be used only on the rare occasion, or your testosterone levels will drop, nuts fall off and grow boobies. |
Re: Is there a doctor in the house?
I would flush the plugged ear with peroxide.....assuming it's plugged with wax.

Re: Is there a doctor in the house?
Use a nedi pot and clean your sinuses twice a day with a little sea salt and baking soda. Separately treat your ears with hydrogen peroxide by pouring it into your ears and then letting them drain.
You have to take care of your sinuses just like you brush your teeth if you are pron to problems, live in a polluted area or high allergen area. Also, if your ears are plugged with wax, go to a doctor and have them cleared with a hot water solution...then, never use a q-tip again and start taking proper care of your ears and sinuses. |

And after you saw the line of poverty waiting to get in. Please do tell, what then did you do?

Re: Is there a doctor in the house?
Well, here's my grab,
From the concept of what you have described, I feel that since you have been under stress, your immune system has been drawn on from the stress, so the body does not slump when in fight or flight mode. Its a survival thing. What is happening now is catch up. An infection has incurred. No doubt you will be prescribed some A/B's. What you really need, is some healthy nutrition, a lot of rest, and insight as to how you allowed such a simple situation, to finally evolve into chaos. As it stands, it has been the chaos that has worn you down. Commonly referred to as 'burnout.' With your ear being infected, is the inclination to ask yourself if the chaos was stirred up by a bleating other? My 2c SH |
